During checkout, you’ll complete a short onboarding form tailored to the product(s) you purchased. Once we have your order info, we’ll start designing and send you the first drafts for feedback within the listed turnaround time.

Can I request changes to the designs?

Yes! Each product includes multiple rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise. We're not satisfied until you are!  

What file types will I receive?

You’ll receive high-resolution files suitable for both digital and print use. Depending on the product, this may include JPG, PNG, PDF, and vector/source files (like AI or EPS).

Do I own the rights to my final design?

Yes!  Once the final files are delivered and approved, you own full usage rights to the design. We only retain the right to showcase it in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

How long does it take to receive my finished designs?
